Mountains Edge is located on 3,000 acres in the Southwest section of unincorporated Clark County. The community was developed by the Focus Commercial Group and is made up of over 30 different villages. It will have 12,500 residences and local facilities include schools, parks, pools, & historical landmarks.

Mountains Edge offers a wide variety of recreational activities to participate in. Close to the Old Spanish Trail, it offers a historical element to the neighborhood.  There are lush and Old West themed parks, a clubhouse with two swimming pools, spas, basketball courts, and a playground.  Shopping and dining close by on Blue Diamond Rd and the Wet n Wild waterpark also minutes away.
